This was our experience and are sharing for others to be aware. We are Ford x-plan partners and have purchased several Fords from other dealers with no problems. We were very disappointed from start to aware. We are Ford x-plan partners and have purchased several Fords from other dealers with no problems. We were very disappointed from start to finish with purchasing a new vehicle from this dealer. It started off with displaying the MSRP sticker price online, but we were told in the store that the price online was inaccurate, that it came from a second online source. They told us the picture online in the front right part of the truck was the actual price. You could not zoom in on this price to see the amount. We told them this was very misleading. Also, the price online was slashed, as this was a year carry over truck, making it look like it was on sale. When it came to trading our vehicle, they tried to offer us a low offer. They used a scratch piece of a paper, crossing off and overlapping each offer, making it confusing. They had our truck keys from the start for the appraisal and asked for a credit card as a sign of good faith for the deal, showing we were serious. I wished we had said no at this point and honestly just left. They came back with a different offer. When we said we did not accept their offer, they had our stuff, and kept saying to make a deal. The sales manager eventually came over and asked if we would split the difference of $3000 and leave with a new truck that day. We agreed upon that and a 4 year loan. We were told to wait there and they would be with us shortly. We waited 2 hours and 15 minutes to see the finance department. At this point we were ready to go, as we had a 4 hour drive home and had been there for almost 5 hours. We signed about half the paperwork before the finance manager presented the loan agreement and the interest rate. We found this odd because this is typically presented to you beforehand. We both have excellent credit, and the interest rate was 10.85% which is too high. He told us there was no other option when it came to financing. In the end, the actual amount we agreed upon with the sales manager was not reflected in the paperwork and the terms were set up for 3 years instead of 4. If we had to do differently, we would have went somewhere else to purchase a new truck. Once we got home and had to think about how the whole day unfolded, we realized they played us very well from the start. This whole process was very frustrating. More

I was looking for a new vehicle and Currie Motors had one that checked the boxes. I had contacted a salesman prior to looking at their vehicles and was sent pricing. This pricing matched the MSRP that was that checked the boxes. I had contacted a salesman prior to looking at their vehicles and was sent pricing. This pricing matched the MSRP that was listed on their website and later confirmed the pricing matched the sticker that was on the vehicle. There was nothing that indicated anything different until we sat down to make a deal. At that time the purchase price increased $4,000.00 because of an addendum that the dealership set on it. At first the additional fee was due to something Ford charged the dealership but then I later found out that this is a fee set by the dealership. They were quick to waive this fee when we were working through the deal to make it seem like they were doing me a favor on the price. We ended up making a deal that seemed fair, nothing great, just fair. I feel if the dealership is going to mark up their price from everything that is advertised, it should be reflected on the website, on the sticker and when the salesman sends you pricing. I expressed my displeasure of their pricing approach so hopefully no one else gets caught off guard with a made up charge when they sit down to talk numbers on their next vehicle. More

I would not recommend. Had to have my car towed to them this past weekend. It was finally ready to be picked up yesterday but I couldn’t take the car home because these idi Had to have my car towed to them this past weekend. It was finally ready to be picked up yesterday but I couldn’t take the car home because these idiots lost my car keys. They had to bring one of, and probably their only, nice and compassionate service managers back to search for my keys. The poor man spent almost 45 minutes looking for them to no prevail. Then come the morning, they never called me. I called them and was told they called me and I hung up on them. Why would I do such a thing when they had my vehicle since Friday?!?!? Then, the person I spoke to in service said they were on someone’s desk which is a fat lie. These fools offered to bring my car to my home and drop it off which was appreciate. Yet they tried pawning off boat and auto show tickets which are just not my thing. The LEAST they could’ve done was fill my gas tank before they dropped it off which they didn’t. My family has been buying from Currie for the last 10 years. Each year they get even more worse. It’s the incompetent service people or the obviously dumb and young sales people calling to trade my vehicle in weekly. Between myself and my family, we’ve purchased 2 Flexes, a F-150, a Ranger, and 2 Ecosports. Definitely recommend Art Hill or Bosak over these dopes. More
