I tried to buy a truck here 2 years ago and because of the aggressive sales department I said I would never come back. I heard that they changed management, so I stopped to look at an explorer. Everyone except the first salesman that assited Thomas, he was aggressive in his negotiation of price not very polite! Talk about stress free! Jake (Jacob Flores) made my experience of buying a car stress free! My old van had it, transmission done! How was I going to get to work? Single moth Jake (Jacob Flores) made my experience of buying a car stress free! My old van had it, transmission done! How was I going to get to work? Single mother on the verge of crying! Not only did I have the worse credit and barely any money. He definitely made it happen for me! I love my 2021 Ford escape with 26,000 miles!! I am not sure how Jake did it but he did! He even found me insurance so that when I got off work to pick up my new car I was ready to drive off the lot! All I had to do was sign my paper work! Thank you Jake! Big Hugs! More
