Jacob did a fantastic job guiding us through the features of the vehicle! He did so well, we wound up with two new EVs!! Alex, helped me on buying a Mustang Mach E. Alex, was knowledgeable on the EV tech and also really helpful on Ford Pass app and gave me some tips.
