Careless Service Techs I had my truck in for service about two months ago for a heated seat not working and to get The Works Package done. Was told by one tech there were pr I had my truck in for service about two months ago for a heated seat not working and to get The Works Package done. Was told by one tech there were problems with the elements in the seat. These guys had my truck for three days and all they did was change oil and left it sit. Matt calls me and says we left your seat on for 45minutes and they were screaming hot, which I knew was a lie. When I picked up my truck, my keys were thrown across the counter at me and was told your truck was on the side of the building. After a half hour drive home, seat was cold and still not working. Called to tell him about it and was told there was nothing else they could do. It was then that I realized, they don't care because I did not buy the truck from them. Took my truck to another dealer and mysteriously they found a problem with the seat and were able to fix it. Don't really understand why they did this since they took good care of me when I had a paint problem. But then it dawned on me, they screwed my mom a number of years ago too. I guess if you bought your vehicle from here they will take care of you. If you did not buy from here, stay away from these snakes. You'lljjust get the run around like I did. More

Serviced our vehicles 2013 F150 & 2007 Ford Edge with Currie in January. One routine oil change and other re-programming key and remote start. Our Service Man of choice is Todd Marconi. He goes out of your way to make sure your experience while getting your vehicle serviced from start to finish, is not just a good one but a Great One! We travel 120 miles round trip to service our vehicles each and every time with Currie Motors. It's like visiting Family. They know us, know our vehicles and the vehicles service history and we Trust them. Trust the work that is being performed or in need of being performed is being done and is what needs to be done! Each and every time they go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied no matter what is being done on our vehicle. Todd treats you with Respect, tries to get you in and out of Service quickly, makes sure to update you on what is going on with your vehicle while you wait and will go personally wash your vehicle if it didn't get done for you! Yes, someone that actually cares that you are satisfied with their work and performance at their job! Also if for any reason you have anything that you personally want to discuss with the Mechanic that worked on your vehicle, they are right there to talk to you! They are also there to give you help and advice with anything that you discuss with them in regards to your vehicle. Also it's a service department that the Service Manager, Roberto and the Service Director Mike are right there for any of your needs that they can help you with! You don't have to go searching for them, sometimes you don't even have to ask to talk to them, they just jump right in whenever needed or wanted. You just can't find this kind of service anywhere else but at Currie and part of that is because of the type of people they have employed there, ones that care about their job, your experience with them, and are just overall Great People to do Business with! My wife and I went to Currie Motors to have her vehicle serviced. While we were waiting, Jason introduced himself to us and we asked if, do they have any small pickups. We took it for a test drive and we pretty much liked it. Because of Jason's ability to understand our needs,financial situation and his great rapport with his fellow workers ...we were able to purchase the vehicle!!!
