I do not like to be pressured into having service procedures done when my vehicle is running perfectly. I use good quality named gasoline and my vehicle has no problems. If a problem is detected, I expect it to be taken care of. However, If it ain't broke, don't fix it!! More

Incredible Customer Service I had called on a Sunday and didn't realize they were no longer open. I didn't leave a message, but had planned to call back later in the week. To m I had called on a Sunday and didn't realize they were no longer open. I didn't leave a message, but had planned to call back later in the week. To my surprise, on Monday (the following day), I received a call from Marcus at Currie Motors. He introduced himself and said he was returning my call. I was shocked and said "wow, I didn't even leave a message". He said "I know, we just saw you had called yesterday and wanted to see how we could help you". This is by far the most outstanding form of customer service I have ever received. Thank you Marcus! More

Nice people to do business with I try to change my air filters every 25K. I exclusively use motorcraft, genuine Ford parts. I purchased a new air filter at Currie Ford parts, went I try to change my air filters every 25K. I exclusively use motorcraft, genuine Ford parts. I purchased a new air filter at Currie Ford parts, went to install it in my Edge and just could not get the top of the air box to close correctly. Keep in mind that I have changed air filters many times in my Fords over the past five decades but just couldn't get that air box on my Edge to seal correctly. Off to Currie Ford I go with the new filter that I can't get installed. Upon arrival I am greeted by service manager Robert Alfaro who I explain my problem to. Robert tells me to pull the car up to the door and he will take a look. Upon approaching the door a technician is standing there with the new air filter I purchased telling me to pop the hood. Before I can even get out of the car the technician had the new filter installed. Evidently the technician knew the trick to getting that air box to seal correctly. I thanked the technician and went inside to see Robert who was in conversation with Mike Payne the service and parts director. Mike greeted me pleasantly and I thanked Robert for his prompt help and asked what the charge was. Mike and Robert both said there was no charge and thanked me for my business and loyalty to Currie Ford. As I drove home I thought, those people at Currie Ford really are nice people to do business with! More

Joe Klimek Joe was WONDERFUL! A very nice man, very helpful and showed concern! Went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me when I showed up alone with my 3 month old to re Joe was WONDERFUL! A very nice man, very helpful and showed concern! Went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me when I showed up alone with my 3 month old to return my rental and pick up my car. Joe not only helped me transfer my belongings from the rental to my car- he even helped me install my car seat very securely to make sure my baby and I would both get home safely!
