New car sales I was happy and surprised and totally happy with the great deal that Marcus came up with on my new Ford Fusion. I never thought he could come up with the payment he got for me on the Fusion over the Fiesta I had come for service for. Marcus was very good with me and I didn't feel presured into buying the Fusion. I was sold on the car itself and the deal made it happen. This is the 3rd car I bought from Currie Ford in 8 years. Quick, pleasant. I had brought the car in for an air bag recall, They were very nice, they said they had the parts for the drivers side and could do that recall, and I had brought the car in for an air bag recall, They were very nice, they said they had the parts for the drivers side and could do that recall, and didnt have the parts for the passenger side recall. I had brought the car in about 9 mos ago and they didnt have the parts for the drivers side. I thought they were suppose to call when they came in, but i could be mistaken. I got a notice from Ford or the Safety Bureau and I brought it back. They fixed the drivers side and I will have to bring it back again for the passenger side when the parts come in. They were quick and very pleasant and they had it done by the time i got done with brunch. More

He makes every effort to ensure that the needs of his customers are taken care of! From start to finish, he kept me informed and helped arrange for a loaner car to make sure I wouldn't be inconvenienced. At most dealerships, once you make the purchase,the service drops off. Not here. Every time I drop off my vehicle for service, everyone from start to finish is prompt, efficient,and on the ball! This is what make the difference is true customer service!
