Engine light on, and 5,000 mile check up Bob, was super nice, kind and caring. He took care of all my car needs. He has a high work ethic, which is so great to see. And he called my warranty people, to confirm all that would be covered. And I got a shuttle ride home and back, when my car was done. And he promised it would be done the following day, and it was. More people can learn from him and the way he presents, and represents, Currie Motors Ford. And thanks to all that serviced my vehicle. One little note though, the free car wash, left my car with a lot of water spots on it. More

Recall I had to bring in my Escape for a recall on the doors. Alex was awesome and very friendly. Great same day service What more can I say! Problem fixed. While driving back from Chicago on the highway my accelerator was not responding. I coasted to the side of the roa What more can I say! Problem fixed. While driving back from Chicago on the highway my accelerator was not responding. I coasted to the side of the road and the wrench light was on my dashboard. The manual said to bring to a dealer as soon as possible. Turned of engine and restarted about 10 seconds later and accelerator responded. Dealer diagnosed problem next day been fine since service.
