I didn't have all of my paperwork with me and thought I would be without service for my entire trip. On a hunch, I decided to text Scott, my salesman, to see if he could help me resolve the issue. Scott had the answer, and my service was restored within minutes. I resumed my trip feeling relieved that I could get the assistance I needed even while I was out of town.
