Because of the great, trustworthy and accommodating service of Roberto Alfaro, the Currie Ford Service Team, and the Sales Team, I drive round trip over 50 miles for scheduled oil changes, tire rotatio service of Roberto Alfaro, the Currie Ford Service Team, and the Sales Team, I drive round trip over 50 miles for scheduled oil changes, tire rotations and all required maintenance: If an unexpected and costly repair issue should arise I always question, examine and inspect thoroughly as a critical thinker the service recommendations: Roberto explains the problems and repair costs with solutions from their trained professional mechanics. What's important here is that I have a trustworthy relationship with Roberto and the service team. This is key when you are spending your hard earned money! It's important to note that Roberto and his team goes beyond the call of duty to provide World Class Service! VERY dissapointed in Currie Motors!!! I've been a loyal customer since 2002 when I purchased a 2002 Ford Thunderbird and then again in 2016 when I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. I've had ALL my service work customer since 2002 when I purchased a 2002 Ford Thunderbird and then again in 2016 when I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. I've had ALL my service work done there for 18 years! Today I wanted to order the new Mustang Mach E electric vehicle and was told they would NOT accept the Ford X-Plan even though I had the X-Plan number and the printout of what it should cost from Ford. I let them know how loyal I had been all these years but I guess they weren't so "Nice to do Business With" when it came to me!! This afternoon my wife and I are going to Terry's Ford in Peotone to order the car with the X-Plan. When I talked to Rich at Terry's he told me no problem. Don't know if I'll go back to Currie and that's a shame since I'm so close I can walk there. More

However, from my experience, there are two imperatives when purchasing a used vehicle that can make or break the outcome. First, the research done by you (the buyer) and secondly, the transaction itself. Gratefully, I came across Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort. Mario Yasin was the gentleman I had the pleasure of working with. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove out, Mario treated me with dignity, respect and kindness. Not only did he exceed my expectations for customer service but also displayed a level of knowledge and professionalism that will set the trajectory of my standards for car dealerships I do business with in the future. Pulled a fast one on me Very unhappy with this dealership. First of all I was told I was getting my car at 0%, no payments for 3 months. I (stupidly) assumed that was wha Very unhappy with this dealership. First of all I was told I was getting my car at 0%, no payments for 3 months. I (stupidly) assumed that was what I was signing when I was with the finance guy. I (stupidly) just signed where he told me to sign without looking at the documents. It turns out that I am paying interest with payments starting immediately. VERY PISSED OFF WHEN I REALIZED THIS. Called the dealership and they said I got a better deal that way. If that's true, why didn't they tell me when I was signing the papers. I wanted the 3 months with no payments as I work in a school and was off for the summer and would not be getting a paycheck for the summer. They also pulled a fast one with the Extended Service coverage. They told me it would be an additional $12 per month which would have been $864. On the contract it shows that I am paying $1,579 for the warranty. After learning that, I cancelled the warranty and they said I would be getting the $1,579 back. That was on 6/1/20. Still haven't received that refund. After filling out a survey for the dealership, I received a phone call from someone who said they were the manager's assistant. She said the manager was out all week but she wanted to know why I gave them such low ratings. I told her all of the above, she said she would get back to me after talking to her boss about what happened and I never heard a word from her. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and if you do buy from them, double check your documents. More
