First E Transit for this dealership. Big learning curve for the sales agent. Peter Porzio was able to help us since the previous sales agent was on medical leave. The transition was difficult, but we came back the next day to make the deal. The Ford Pass was hard to load on the I Phone, but we are now using the app. We found a dent on the hood and asked the Service department to fix. They were confused on the steps needed for approval. We will schedule the repair and get satisfaction. We would like to get floor matts for our troubles. More

I got an oil change and tire rotation and Diane was very helpful and personable during my experience.
