Cornelius is so patient with the buyer and is so knowledgeable about the Ford brand. He truly listens to MY needs and NOT what he wants to sell. Keisha made it clear that the dealership model is to overprice vehicles above MSRP (against Ford's guidelines) and they don't need to make right on trade-in values. Because of supply/demand, customer service and follow-through is out the window with Keisha and this dealership. Keisha was not willing to send me photographs of the actual vehicle but instead wanted me to rely on stock images which may or may not have features not applicable on the actual truck I was interested in. She also wouldn't respond back to my emails. My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere to a dealership who isn't out to price gouge you and offer lack-luster customer service while doing it!
