After paying my $2200 bill I was told that my vehicle would be brought to me out front of the dealership. I waited for about 20 minutes and my vehicle was still not brought out to me. I went back inside would be brought to me out front of the dealership. I waited for about 20 minutes and my vehicle was still not brought out to me. I went back inside to inquire what was taking so long. A second service attendant asked if the keys hanging on a post near the desk of the first attendant were mine. I said they were, he then went around back and pulled my vehicle around. Apparently the first service attendant forgot about me and went somewhere. When the vehicle was ready for me, I noticed that it was filthy with dust and dirt. For $2200 plus of service, you would think that the vehicle could have at least been washed or rinsed off. It was clean when I brought it in. It took seven days to repair. I understand that the holiday caused some of the delay for parts. More

My experience was filled with misleading and false information. I purchased an F-150 Lightening from this dealership. I drove over an hour to get to this dealer because it was the only one that was av information. I purchased an F-150 Lightening from this dealership. I drove over an hour to get to this dealer because it was the only one that was available in the area. I have heard rumors that dealers were making mistakes on orders so the buyers would not accept the vehicle. Then they mark the vehicle up $20,000 to sell it to someone else. I believe this is what happened with this car. After a month, they could not sell it at $20,000 over MSRP. They then lowered the price $10,000 and it sat on the lot for another month. Then they lowered the fee to the MSRP. We’ll sort of. They then spent $50 on a wax kit and added almost $4,000 for some sort of paint protection kit. They didn’t have that listed on the website. They don’t share that with anyone when you call to ask about the vehicle. I guess the goal is to get you to come into the dealership so they can wear you down. But again, I knew that before I decided to take the vehicle. I also brought a trade in. The vehicle I brought in blue booked for $8,600. They offered me $6,900. Here is the first sleazy trick they pull. They just say we will give you this price for your car. What they really mean is that they will subtract the taxes for the price of the trade in. They literally steal your tax savings from the trade in. This is where I first screwed up. Well that is not 100% true. My first mistake was thinking these are upfront people. I found the stereotypes of car salesmen being lying sleazballs is completely true with with everyone I did business with from top to bottom. Make sure you ask them and get it in writing what they are offering for the trade so you can make an informed decision. The second issue that happened was the salesman and the manager explained that a home charger was included with the electric vehicle that I purchased. They said all I had to pay for was the installation. That offer is only good if you purchase the lightning with the extended battery option. So either ALL of these salespeople are either ignorant about the products they sell, or they just like to mislead consumers. I look at the amount of cars they sell and I find it pretty hard to believe that a salesperson wouldn’t know all the options and how the process works. So now I will need to purchase a $1,300 charger if I want to charge my vehicle at home. I believe they knew exactly what they were doing. I can’t understand why they would do something like that. After all I will eventually find out and I will be angry. I am sure these things have happened to many other. I do have a bunch of attorney friends who would love to take something like this as a class action lawsuit. If you were misled by this dealership, please hunt me down. There is nothing that I would rather do but give these lying waste of human skins a taste of what happens when you purposely mislead people. More
