My experience at Currie Motors was great! My husband and I first came in about 6 months ago just looking at purchasing a new SUV. Adam was our sales rep then and he was very polite and professional.We decided at that time not to buy, but as soon as we were ready Adam was the only sales representative I contacted. My husband works evenings, I work days so Saturday is the only day of the week that we cane go looking at cars together. Well with a 7 year old and sports on Saturday, we resulted to looking at the SUV's on the website before going into thedealership.We have very busy schedule but after looking on the website we new what SUV we were interested in purchasing. I contacted Adam and he was willing to go above and beyond to help us. Adam took photo's of the two SUV's I was interested in and sent them to me. He was GREat. My husband and I came to Currie and purchased a 2010 Expedition. My experience with all of the employees was great, the finance man I believe his name was Jim(very tall man) was really polite and helpful. Finally we were introduced to Lonie who helped us to purchase an alarm and paint treatment for our new car. Needless to say we spent more than we thought going into Currie Motors, but we LOVE our truck. I have only had my car for 2 days, yet I have already told all who ask me I would go back to Currie for my next Ford. Keep up the GREAT work...... Agnes Eloby More
My husband and I just went to Currie Ford in Frankfort to buy a New 2010 Escape. Although Frankfort is a drive from where I live I went to the dealer based off of a coworker that recently purchased a vehicl buy a New 2010 Escape. Although Frankfort is a drive from where I live I went to the dealer based off of a coworker that recently purchased a vehicle from them and was very happy with her sales person and the dealership. My coworker referred me work with the sales manager, Joe Zahradnik. I worked with Joe along with his Sales Associate Pete Porizo. I went in knowing that I wanted a gold, front wheel drive 2010 escape but did not know which model I wanted. There were 3 escapes available with the features that I was looking for and it was a matter of me deciding which features and model that I wanted. Pete went over the different features that the 2 available models offered, along with the different upgrades on the limited that had 2 different escapes available. He was able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle and along with helping me chose the finance plan best for me. I decided on the Gold Limited that had the navigation system, with parking assist, and sync. The only thing on the vehicle that I did not want was the running boards, which they told me not a problem we can take them off for you. I was able to come back in the next day and have the car completely ready for me. Joe took my husband and I out for the test drive and showed me how use the navigation system and also found me a location where could practice using the parking assist. Once we were back at the dealership he went over all of the features other features that the navigation system/sync had to offer. He set up my phone and had me do a practice call to make sure I knew what I was doing. I left the dealership with my 3rd escape very happy. Not only did I get a great deal for the vehicle but I had 2 great salesmen to work with. Pete and Joe were both very knowledgeable and helpful. I am now a loyal Currie customer and would recommend the dealership along with Joe or Pete to anyone looking for a new Ford. More

My sale I went to Currie Ford in Frankford to buy my first ford; I was beyond satisfied with my experience and service that I received there. My sale manager Joe Z was nothing but helpful. I went in looking for a 2010 Escape but was unsure of which model and feature I wanted. He took the time to go over all of my options and answered all of my questions regardless of how silly they may have been. He also went over all of my finance options and helped me to get the best deal possible with no haggling or pressure to buy. Once I finally decided and purchased the escape –limited he took the time to go over basically every inch of the car to make sure I understood all of its features. Sync, an awesome feature, has a lot to offer but is a bit overwhelming at first. Joe explained everything to me and helped sync my phone up to the car and then let me know that if I had any questions to feel free to give him a call. Sure enough that weekend I was on a road trip and need some help. I gave Joe a call and he was able to walk me through how to accomplish what I was looking to do on sync without a problem. I think that one of the things that stuck out as most impressive about Joe was his attention to details. I had mentioned to him what I had called my old car and in my thank note that he sent me he mention it and that he couldn’t wait to see what I came up with for my new car. Since then he has followed up with me to see how things were going and to see what I have named my car. The attention to the little details along with all of the other help that I have received from Joe Z has made my first experience with Ford a great one. I would recommend Joe Z and Currie Ford to any one that was looking for a new ford. More

Purchased a brand new 2010 Escape on 9/14/09. We contacted Jim Koziel our salesman on Thursday the 17th. The radio was going in and out. They told us that there was nothing they could do. I went to service on Saturday the 19th and they said they have had problems in the past with the Escape radios and replacing the radio and/or module didn't work. Jim and Jason said they have never heard of this problem before. I believe that they were just trying to cover themselves. My wife called Jim and complained and he said that he would see what is going on and get back to us on Saturday. Never did, I had to call him on Saturday only to have him tell me that the guy he was trying to contact wasn't in. He told me he would call me on Monday and tell me the answer. Never called again. I called him twice that day too. Jim finally calls me back and says that I have to contact Ford to get this taken care. So I had to wait three days to hear that answer. The customer service there us unbelievable. They hound you until you buy a car and then once you buy it, they don't care anymore. Now I have to deal with this and get it taken care of on my own time. I should had listen to all the people who told me not to deal with Currie, plus my own past experiences. While trying to purchase a new car in the cash for clunkers program, they kept us there over eight h deal with Currie, plus my own past experiences. While trying to purchase a new car in the cash for clunkers program, they kept us there over eight hours with various excuses. We finally left with the understanding that they were going to get the problems resolved and then call us the following day to come in and close the deal. When we did get the call, we went to the dealership only to find that they had sold our car and wanted to sell us a different car for an additional $2,000. When we said no way, the salesman and a manager were yelling at us as we left. They when we tried to go to a different dealership, we could not trade our car in through the cash for clunkers program because Currie still showed the sale pending on the federal database. A few years back while I was car shopping with my mother, Currie "lost" her keys and blocked her car in, not allowing her to leave. The following day they called her several times asking her why she did not buy the car or what they needed to do to get her to purchase the car. More
Called to purchase a car this morning and talked to a ignorant salesman/salesmanager. name was Jason. Very rude from the start. I have bought a new ford every year for 20+ years and after a phone call li ignorant salesman/salesmanager. name was Jason. Very rude from the start. I have bought a new ford every year for 20+ years and after a phone call like this I never want to buy a ford again. This is a great example of an employee that does not belong dealing with customers. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. F- More
