I commute 70 miles each way to school 5 days a week, so with gas prices on the rise, I decided it was time to buy a more fuel-efficient vehicle for my commute. When I began my search on Cars.com, I blew off Currie Ford of Frankfort at first, because I thought there must be a catch...the prices were too good to be true. But since the dealership is located a couple miles from my house, I finally decided to take a look and see what they're all about. I am so glad I did. I spent 4 years in the car business myself and know how "most" car dealers are, so for me to sit here and recommend Scott Martino and Currie Ford of Frankfort so highly means a lot. He is honestly one of the few good guys in the car business and truly knows the meaning of good customer service. If you are looking for a quality new or used vehicle, this is the company you want to deal with. I am extremely happy with my 2009 Mercury Milan, I havent had any problems and the car runs and looks like new. THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER.... I purchased a new Ford Explorer from Currie Motors last week and I must say that this was by far the best sales experience I've ever had. My salesman Eric Brown was very helpful and explained the features on my Explorer so well. My last car had a navigation system on it, that I barley ever used, cause nobody ever explained it to me. Not this time, my salesman Eric took his time and clearly show me how to work every feature. From entering destinations, to even how to use the voice commands. I don't know how I got by without it before... I went into the dealership the second week in January, 2012. The salesman was very pleasant, but we couldn't come to terms on the payment numbers, which was ok with me. Then the salesman brought over the 2012. The salesman was very pleasant, but we couldn't come to terms on the payment numbers, which was ok with me. Then the salesman brought over the (finance or dealership?) manager. The manager told me in a rude tone of voice that the "numbers don't lie." I pleasantly replied that if we couldn't make a deal, I understood. I was prepared to leave at that point, but before I left, just in case this dumb customer did not get the point that the "numbers don't lie," the manager repeated it two or three more times, even though I was not attempting to negotiate at that point and was not arguing with him. I have negotiated terms and bought cars several times before, but have never been treated so rudely. By the way, I am female. I do not know if being female has anything to do with how I was treated, but a friend's husband was told in all seriousness about a year ago by a salesman at this location that he should not tell his wife what the payments on his vehicle were. More
