Best car shopping experience ever! I am a bit impatient and dislike waiting. However, Jack and Ali were extremely accomodating and they answered all of my questions. I also want to give Sam a big shout out for handling a purchase I made and for making the trip back for servce super convenient. After my purchase, the dealer called me to see how I was doing with my new vehicle and to remind me about a few things that I might have looked over or might want more information on. I purchased a car in February, and I received phone calls from Jack reminding me to get my car service and oil change. I can't even begin to tell you what a pleasure it was to work with your sales representative Pete Porzio. He was very professional, polite and well informed. He understood my needs and what I was hoping to accomplish for a monthlypayment and worked with me to achieve the end result of me purchasing a new Ford Fusion, which I totally love. Pete worked with his Manager Jeff O'Brien to satisfy me with the figures and understanding the total deal and accepted any questions I gave them with the right and detailed answer. Pete introduced me to Joe Easterhouse who also was a very sharp finance man and worked the figures explaining fully what I was signing and also provided me good advice about a maintenance policy to protect my Ford in the future. I rate this dealership a 10 plus with the employees I worked with representing the dealership. I came into Currie Ford on Saturday evening (8.17.13), and was promptly met by Jason Fogelman. I had actually talked to another person the day before, however when I asked for them I was told that they ha and was promptly met by Jason Fogelman. I am not sure what my experience with that person would have been like (I am sure it would have been great), but I and my wife are very glad that Jason ended up being our sales person. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful from the very beginning, all the way to the point we were driving off the lot with our new Ford Flex. As if that were not enough, when we went into the finance managers office we were very surprised at how engaging and friendly Ken was. At some of the other dealerships I have been to, the finance manager can sometimes treat you like just another business deal, as opposed to a customer conducting a business deal. Ken, however, made both myself and my wife feel welcomed and as if he really was interested in getting us the best deal possible. It is because of Jason and Ken that I consider my experience at Currie Ford to be a great experience. Tom Butkus was my salesman. Tom took his time to understand my personal situation, in order to get me into the right vehicle. The reason I really liked this was because I went there thinking I coul understand my personal situation, in order to get me into the right vehicle. Tom knows his stuff, and put me in the safetst, most efficient vehicle he could based on my wants and needs. I highly recommend Tom, and this dealership. Tom follows the dealership philosphy to a "T". He bumped the whole experience up a few notches, with his product knowledge, the time he took with me, and his relentless approach to being the best at what he does, for the customer. Again Currie Motors has beyond a doubt proved themselves as Nice People To Do Business with! For our personal experiences with them as being repeat customers for service and vehicle buyers it's more like we as Nice People To Do Business with! For our personal experiences with them as being repeat customers for service and vehicle buyers it's more like we "Treat You Like Family". Which is a way that Currie Motors does operate. Something I have never experienced with any other dealership and my father was a car salesman. We went on 8/17/2013 to get an oil change on our Ford Edge (which was purchased through Currie and is always serviced through them) and started browsing the used vehicle lot for a truck. After shopping there we decided to go new. My husband 1st brand new truck was picked out and we were ready to do business. Not only did we already have a great experience when shopping for this vehicle, our salesman was no pressure what so ever, went through every detail of the vehicle for us, let us talk and make our own decision without any hassle. It was really a no hassle deal. Then our even greater experience started, usually most people worry about when it comes to making the deal on their vehicle, at Currie there is nothing to do worry about they go through everything with you and attempt to get you the best deal possible right off the bat. They completely make you feel that it's all your decision, they aren't pressuring you into walking off the lot with a purchase, and with buying a new truck, there was no pressure for adding extras to it either, it was all whether we wanted it or not. They made the best deal possible for us right off the bat, asked us what we wanted added on the vehicle, and went from there. Leo was phenomenal when it came to all of this with us. It was a busy busy day at Currie especially with it being a Saturday and we never felt like we were left "unattended to". Leo was all over the place trying to take care of things and would still make sure we were being taken care of, checking up with our salesman and people working out everything through the finance department to make sure that we had not been forgotten about. Then we got to finally sit down with Joe in Financing. It was easy going through everything, he had already worked it all out for us and there was no going back and doing anything twice. It was a simple as this is what we got you, this is what we can do, and if you're ready sign your name on the dotted line and you are good to go. Now it doesn't get any better than that. One of the very biggest things I have to say when dealing with this dealership is TRUST It's a big issue with me and when you feel comfortable enough to TRUST your dealership, the salesman your working with, John, the manager your working with, Leo, and the finance officer your working with, Joe. You've got it made! When you can actually trust your dealership, trust in them, and have that feeling back behind you, it's the greatest feeling you can have. You can be yourself, not have any worries, and things go hassle free! When you know you're actually being taken care of and not just attempt to be made to feel that way, you feel confident in your decisions. When you know you can walk out that door and trust everything that they've told you and will stand behind their word, it's a great feeling. I literally wouldn't trust doing business with anyone else but Currie Motors! Happy Satisfied Returning Customers, not just with vehicle purchases, but with our service as well. 90 miles round trip for us to service our vehicle at Currie, yes we have a Ford dealership in our town, will we service it there? No, we will go those extra miles even at high gas prices to service our vehicle with Currie, yes! Because each and every time we get service like no other, we can trust that what is said is being done, is being done, what they tell us needs to be done, actually needs to be done and they aren't trying to just get more out of us! Yes I'm a big fan of Currie Motors! They've earned it with me, it wasn't just given to them, they Earned Every Single Bit of the pride I have to be a Satisfied Currie Motors Customer! And they don't stop there, they continue each and every time to keep earning it with us, it's not out the door and there you go, they still keep earning it each and every single time! Think about it, if you are interested in committing to a vehicle especially the way we commit to vehicles, give Currie Motors that chance to make it happen for you and you won't be disappointed! Nick Friedrichs was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful from the time my husband and I came to Currie Motors and beyond. We hadn't intended to buy a car just yet and loved the Ford Explorer we boug helpful from the time my husband and I came to Currie Motors and beyond. Yazan Rabah was our Sales Representative and from the very beginning he really listened to what we were looking for and what our priorities were along with our price point needs. Yazan is sincere and professional. He is a genuine representative of what Currie Motors is about. He is enthusiastic about what he does and who he does it for. Everyone was extremely professional and very concerned with pleasing us as customers while being honest and sincere. Jason Latif really went out of his way to accommodate our needs as well, which we sincerely appreciated. Currie really seems to work as a team and it felt as if everyone was on the same page. They really all worked together very well. Sam Villa and Joe Easterhouse were both informative, helpful and sincerely honest and passionate about helping us as customers and people. I can't reiterate enough how committed Yazan was in his quest to helping us find the right car for based on our needs and concerns. I highly recommend Currie to all of our family and friends for any/all their transportation needs.
