This is my fourth vehicle purchase from Currie Motors in the past seven years and for three simple reasons - Pete Porzio, Pete Porzio, Pete Porzio. This is my fourth vehicle purchase from Currie Motors in the past seven years and Pete has provided consistent business professionalism with each of my customer service experiences. He understands that my available time is limited due to my out of town business operations and has always gone above the call of duty to keep me informed through the process. When I first met Pete I told him that I want to cut to the chase and for him to give me the best pricing up front. My internet pricing home work for each vehicle purchase was met or beat by Currie Motors and done haggle free. Pete has become my source of knowledge for both vehicle information and purchasing process questions. Every time that I have reached out to Pete he has treated me like a long lost friend. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Pete in the future because of his positive demeanor, follow through, work ethic and outstanding overall experience that he brings to the table. Pete has recently introduced me to Currie Motors business manager Ken Gohmann during this recent purchase (for the paperwork/financing) experience and provided superior work quality as well. OUTSTANDING is more appropriate or ABOVE my expectations! Aaron Saif met us at the door with a warm and welcoming smile, opened the door and invited us in. He dealt extremely well will my cool and stand off demeanor (as I hate to be pressured) and worked at my pace answering numerous questions, bringing multiple vehicles and had the patience of a saint. Jeff O'Brien was the second person I met when we kept negotiating the price as I had my mind set what I was paying. When he was introduced as the Sales Manager/Rep I thought here we go, another quick talking high pressure spin doctor ! I could not have been more wrong. Jeff worked with my price and through considerable effort on his part we found a vehicle that fit my price and had what I wanted on it and not a lot of other extras that had no value to me. Dominick Venturella was the third person I met and again when introduced I was ready for high pressure and inflated extras. He could not have been more informative, patient and willing to try and get my price for the added items. He really does his job well and has a perfect demeanor for customer service. I felt like I was dealing with a good friend. Ken Gohmann was the last person I met on my day of purchase and what a great guy! He never flinched or hesitated when I commented on the paperwork, asked to make last minute changes and was easy going and very informative on what it was I was signing and what it meant. He took time out of his very busy day to make sure we were comfortable and felt good about our experience. Adam was pleasant and patient during the car buying process. I test drove the minivan for 24 hours before purchase and the dealer had no trouble lending me this car for the day. Cornelius Murray - This is our third time doing business with Cornelius and he is an excellent individual. He was attentive, he listens, he strives to give the best service and ensure you get a great deal. I'd definitely recommend him as a salesman. Every car we have bought I have been able to call Cornelius with any question, service need, concern, and he has taken care of it even to this day. He follows up and ensures that the entire experience of owning the vehicle is great. He doesn't just end his service or help at the purchase. John Harstick - John greeted us warmly and helped make this purchase very easy for me. I told John the features I wanted, the colors I was interested in, and the price range I'd be willing to deal with. He went to the computer and searched the inventory and then showed me printout of each vehicle that met my desires. This was so helpful for me to visualize and decide on the final one I would choose. He answered every question I had no matter how great or small. He also went with me for the test drive and explained each feature on the car I chose. Dominick Venturella- Dominick explained the protection plans I was eligible for on the vehicle and how each of them would work and was very helpful in explaining the benefits and the pricing options. He was very helpful in following up with me and my sister on our vehicles and getting the necessary protection measures taken for them. Jim Samhan- Jim was very efficient and thorough. He went over every piece of paperwork that was signed in finalizing the deal. He went through every service and warranty plan and explained it in detail. He even wrote summaries on the brochures which would help for a quick reference. I walked away from his office knowing everything that was included in my package and all I was given. There was nothing left unclear during the transaction or explaining of the terms of financing. More
