I just purchased my new 2014 Ford Escape Titanium from Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort less than an hour ago. The first thing I did when I got home was park my new ride to write this review, and I do so with utmost respect. On a very strict budget, I walked in with a nervous expectation of what was going to happen as this was my first vehicle purchase. It turned out to be an absolute amazing experience. I was immediately greeted by Sam Sedik at the dealership after speaking with Leann on the phone. She was kind and professional, and immediately set an appointment for a test drive. She introduced me to Sam once I arrived at the dealership. He walked me through the different features of the Escape I was looking for and brought a few vehicles out for me to look at. He was extremely professional, and assisted me with every question I had during the test drive. I was able to focus on the vehicle during the test drive and get a feel for what I really wanted. When it came time to talking prices, he was very understanding and made it very clear to me that he was down to earth, and completely understood my situation and limits with the budget I was after. He negotiated a very strong, competitive price that I worked amazingly to my budget. He was very polite and funny. While waiting for paperwork and the vehicle to be ready for me, he told me amazing stories of his Scuba diving days as an instructor in Egypt. I have worked with Jack Vogel and the staff at Currie for the past ten years, having bought 8 vehicles from them in the past (all Fords) for my business and personal use. Just before Christmas, Jack called me to say that an older (2006) Chrysler Town & Country had come in on trade and was "in beautiful condition, really really clean." Jack has been great about keeping in touch with me about our needs in the business and felt he needed to let me know about this minivan as soon as possible. I visited Currie a couple days later, took a quick test drive and met with Mark Kischkel who gave me a very fair price and we made a deal. It took a little longer than I like to finish the process, but Jason Latif helped to move the paperwork through the next day and I was on my way home with a great van. Thanks to everyone at Currie. I will be back! More
