We had relatives who visited Curry Motors and had successful purchases. Prior to coming to the dealership we visited other dealers but before we made a final decision we visitied Curry Motors in whi successful purchases. They are great people to do business with and the agent we had was professional and determine. In my car purchasing experiencing up until present date the worst thing an agent can do is allow a customer to walk out of their dealer without making a purchase and the customer has already been approved for financing plus a hefty down payment is available to be put down. Case in point. My fiance was approved for financing in addition to being willing to make a hefty down payment. Now the car of interest wasn't giving him the monthly payment he wanted however he was still willing to do business with the dealer. Although the initial choice of the car was his preference however he was willing to be flexible and see other models of cars in efforts to solidify the deal. Agent mistake~~ The agent was so determined to get him into this particular car that he missed the opportunity to make the sale. Had he shown my fiance other vehicles rather it would have been a down grade (ex...instead of honda accord, show me honda civic) he would have made another car choice because again he was willing to be flexible and complete the transaction, but if the customer is telling you "I'm not comfortable with the monthly payment", "What else do you have?", "Show me some other cars in that maybe I can get the note the way I desire", "You've done all the leg work, so I could just stay here if you show me other choices"... don't miss the boat. I think the agent was looking at the wrong thing and in my opinion a sale is a sale regardless to if it's a $16,000 or $10,000 because the sale itself is what generates future sales by either the same customer, referrals from customer or both. Curry motor was not and did not allow nothing to keep us from buying something before we left and for this our mission for yesterday was accomplished!!! Thank You and See You Guys Again!!! More
Big ups to my dream team Sales Consultant Brad Hartong who was the first person to meet me at the door when I walked into Currie Motors sales dept. and Sales Manager Mark Kischkel who gave me a great pric who was the first person to meet me at the door when I walked into Currie Motors sales dept. and Sales Manager Mark Kischkel who gave me a great price; I went into Currie Motors because my Ford Explorer died and it needed a transmission which was too costly and ended up purchasing a quality used vehicle instead; I wanted another Ford Explorer but didn't like the new body and I told Brad what I wanted in a SUV and he actually heard me and found me the perfect vehicle with everything I wanted including CD/tape player, sunroof, remote starter, compass and features I didn't ask for like heated seats, rear camera for backing up and at the signing Chad stepped in to finish the deal while Brad was out sick, excellent and Chad even called me days after my purchase January 21, 2014 to see how pleased I was with my new vehicle and if there was anything I needed just call or come in and I've had to bring it back to the service department for minor things like the battery in the remote not working and just called again this evening and spoke to Brad about my brakes squeaking and the pedal goes the floor and he said to put my mind at ease just bring it in and our service people will look at it; that makes me as a customer feel good that Currie Motors stands behind their vehicles. After submitting an online request for a test drive, I did recieve a call back. I specified 3 specific vehicles from the Dealer stock and a specific date and time for the test drive. I was told 1 was sold did recieve a call back. I specified 3 specific vehicles from the Dealer stock and a specific date and time for the test drive. I was told 1 was sold, but that others just like it were available and would be ready on my arrival. Upon arrival at the dealership a sales associate told me they would help. Back to square 1, NO vehicles were ready. I had to request all of the specific vehicles again. NONE were ready. 2 hours later only 1 of my requested vehicles was actually presented for a test drive. The sales staff presented a top of the line alternative for the other vehicle not the options I would even consider purchasing. This experience was a total waste of my time. Why would I bother spending time reviewing inventory on line and requesting a specific model and option package for test drive only to start all over again when I get to the dealership. I will NEVER recommend this dealership. The sales manager stopped by at the end 2 hours too late to do any good for this customer. More

He goes out of your way to make sure your experience while getting your vehicle serviced from start to finish, is not just a good one but a Great One! We travel 120 miles round trip to service our vehicles each and every time with Currie Motors. It's like visiting Family. They know us, know our vehicles and the vehicles service history and we Trust them. Trust the work that is being performed or in need of being performed is being done and is what needs to be done! Each and every time they go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied no matter what is being done on our vehicle. Todd treats you with Respect, tries to get you in and out of Service quickly, makes sure to update you on what is going on with your vehicle while you wait and will go personally wash your vehicle if it didn't get done for you! Yes, someone that actually cares that you are satisfied with their work and performance at their job! Also if for any reason you have anything that you personally want to discuss with the Mechanic that worked on your vehicle, they are right there to talk to you! They are also there to give you help and advice with anything that you discuss with them in regards to your vehicle. Also it's a service department that the Service Manager, Roberto and the Service Director Mike are right there for any of your needs that they can help you with! You don't have to go searching for them, sometimes you don't even have to ask to talk to them, they just jump right in whenever needed or wanted. You just can't find this kind of service anywhere else but at Currie and part of that is because of the type of people they have employed there, ones that care about their job, your experience with them, and are just overall Great People to do Business with! After my first experience over 6 years I said I would never return. But I gave them another shot. Being close to where I live I ended up with THE BEST salesman Mike Ramsdan.
