Buying a car, which is not a cheap purchase, can be very overwhelming. Mo put me at ease. Afterwards I ended up with a 2011 Ford F-250 6.7 Powerstroke with a warranty until a 125,000 miles so I ended up with a great deal. Plus, Mo doesn't just stop helping you after he's made the sale. About a week after I purchased the truck I noticed the spare tire key was missing so he's working on getting me a replacement key right now since it should have been included with the truck after the Ford Certified Inspection. He walked us around the lot to show us the different models and colors and really did not seem to mind when while I hemmed and hawed over accessories and made more than a few color choice changes. Although we had several back and forth price negotiations during the sales process I never felt pressured or annoyed.
