Today I called my sales representative Jack Vogel at Currie Ford. I wanted to ask Jack if he had any info on the new 2015 Edge that is due out shortly. Jack as always asked how my family and I were do Currie Ford. I wanted to ask Jack if he had any info on the new 2015 Edge that is due out shortly. Jack as always asked how my family and I were doing and we spent some time just making small talk. I asked Jack about the new Edge and he was happy to give me all the information that he had on this new vehicle. Thats the thing with Jack and the other folks at Currie, you are treated as family. In the conversation with Jack I mentioned a recent recall notice that was mailed to me by Ford. Jack suggested that I speak with my service representative Bob Emlund and transfered my call over to service. Bob answered and again I was treated as a friend or family by Bob Emlund. Bob answered all my questions and resolved the issues I had about this recall notice. Currie Fords slogan is right on target, "nice people to do business with" More

Even in a blizzard situation Brad was able to find me a great car and great deal. My situation was not exactly the easiest to deal with to say the least. We had relatives who visited Curry Motors and had successful purchases. Prior to coming to the dealership we visited other dealers but before we made a final decision we visitied Curry Motors in whi successful purchases. Prior to coming to the dealership we visited other dealers but before we made a final decision we visitied Curry Motors in which we were glad we did. They are great people to do business with and the agent we had was professional and determine. In my car purchasing experiencing up until present date the worst thing an agent can do is allow a customer to walk out of their dealer without making a purchase and the customer has already been approved for financing plus a hefty down payment is available to be put down. Case in point. My fiance was approved for financing in addition to being willing to make a hefty down payment. Now the car of interest wasn't giving him the monthly payment he wanted however he was still willing to do business with the dealer. Although the initial choice of the car was his preference however he was willing to be flexible and see other models of cars in efforts to solidify the deal. Agent mistake~~ The agent was so determined to get him into this particular car that he missed the opportunity to make the sale. Had he shown my fiance other vehicles rather it would have been a down grade (ex...instead of honda accord, show me honda civic) he would have made another car choice because again he was willing to be flexible and complete the transaction, but if the customer is telling you "I'm not comfortable with the monthly payment", "What else do you have?", "Show me some other cars in that maybe I can get the note the way I desire", "You've done all the leg work, so I could just stay here if you show me other choices"... don't miss the boat. I think the agent was looking at the wrong thing and in my opinion a sale is a sale regardless to if it's a $16,000 or $10,000 because the sale itself is what generates future sales by either the same customer, referrals from customer or both. Curry motor was not and did not allow nothing to keep us from buying something before we left and for this our mission for yesterday was accomplished!!! Thank You and See You Guys Again!!! More
Big ups to my dream team Sales Consultant Brad Hartong who was the first person to meet me at the door when I walked into Currie Motors sales dept. and Sales Manager Mark Kischkel who gave me a great pric who was the first person to meet me at the door when I walked into Currie Motors sales dept. and Sales Manager Mark Kischkel who gave me a great price; I went into Currie Motors because my Ford Explorer died and it needed a transmission which was too costly and ended up purchasing a quality used vehicle instead; I wanted another Ford Explorer but didn't like the new body and I told Brad what I wanted in a SUV and he actually heard me and found me the perfect vehicle with everything I wanted including CD/tape player, sunroof, remote starter, compass and features I didn't ask for like heated seats, rear camera for backing up and at the signing Chad stepped in to finish the deal while Brad was out sick, excellent and Chad even called me days after my purchase January 21, 2014 to see how pleased I was with my new vehicle and if there was anything I needed just call or come in and I've had to bring it back to the service department for minor things like the battery in the remote not working and just called again this evening and spoke to Brad about my brakes squeaking and the pedal goes the floor and he said to put my mind at ease just bring it in and our service people will look at it; that makes me as a customer feel good that Currie Motors stands behind their vehicles.
