Excellent Customer service I went into Curry Ford just to "check out" new Escapes. I wasn't seriously considering buying at this time. Mike made me feel like family and the jovial, friendly atmosphere was a plus. Mike was concerned about what I wanted and worked with me to find the ideal car! I had brought my brother with me to insure I wasn't taken advantage of. I feel Mike would have treated me and got me the best deal he could with or without my brother! It was an emotional time for me as I have had the same Ford escape for 12 years and hated to part with the old! Bottom line...I bought a new '14 Ford Escape that I love that first day!!!! I can't thank Mike enough for his patience in explaining all the whistles and bells (I am not technical) and all the time he took with me! In the end, he didn't just sell me a car and is done, but feel he will be there for any questions I have going forward. At the end, my family is wanting to adopt Mike for being such a great guy! My dad and I planned on visiting other local dealerships but we immediately re-directed our travels to Currie Motors in Frankfort to see Mike. When we walked into the dealership, we were immediately greeted by Mike. He listened to all of our requests and fulfilled our needs without any pressure. My goal that day was to collect information about the vehicle and think about possibly purchasing in the future. Mike answered all my questions thoroughly and I purchased that same day. Mike is a tremendous asset to Currie Motors in Frankfort Illinois. Also, when my dad and I walked into the dealership, we felt positive energy from the entire staff.
