New Vehicle Purchase I used to hear bad things about Currie Ford - They were very pushy salespeople - very unpleasant to deal with. They had a vehicle that my wife and I w I used to hear bad things about Currie Ford - They were very pushy salespeople - very unpleasant to deal with. They had a vehicle that my wife and I wanted to see and drive. We knew what Escape we wanted to test and the accessories we wanted. They only close dealer that had what we wanted was Currie, but the color was wrong. When we arrived at the dealership Mike Ramadan met us. We told him the car we wanted to see. Unfortunately that car couldn't be found, but he found another that was very close. It had the engine and drivetrain we wanted, but not the accessories. We were able to drive it just to see how powerful it was and how the ride was. He had another vehicle that had the interior color and accessories we wanted, but not the drivetrain. He brought that up so we could see exactly what the interior color was like and how the accessories were. Then Mike searched the computer and found 7 cars that matched our color preference, drivetrain, and accessories we wanted (and then some!). He then took us to his back lot to show us all the various colors there were so we could see exactly what the vehicle color would look like. While there we found the car we originally came in to test drive! It had everything we wanted except the exterior color wasn't what we had in mind. Mike prepared to get us a price on one of the cars he located to see if it was a good enough deal to even have it brought in. While searching the incentives he learned there was an additional $1500.00 rebate that was expiring that day. If we bought the car in stock, even though it wasn't quite the right color, we could get an additional $1500.00! We did walk away from it and looked at the price of the car he'd have to bring in. We went home, and my wife and I thought about it. (The color really wasn't worth losing the $1500.00!) Then we looked online to research what we felt would be a fair price for in stock Escape. We called Mike back and asked what he'd sell the in-stock car for. The price was a little higher than we wanted. Told him what we wanted to pay, and he said he'd call us back. Mike had to talk to Ali Rafati, the sales manager. It didn't take too long, and they called back and we were able to make the deal! When my wife and I went back to the dealership that night to finalize things, both Mike and Ali were fantastic! There was no "oops - we forgot this charge" or anything like that! What we agreed upon on the phone was what we paid! It was about a half hour before they closed and there was all the paperwork to do. The car was being prepped for us. Mike took the time to go over many of the features of the car - pairing the phone to the Bluetooth, explaining the navigation system, etc. We were not in the mood at this time to get too involved in the demonstration. Mike set an appointment for us to come in 2 days later when we could go over everything. He was, though, more than willing to stay as late as needed if we wanted him to! Dominick was the finance man who got all the paperwork together. He went over extended warranties, paint and body protection plans, and all the other add-ons possible. He did this in such a way as to explain the programs, not push them on us. What add-ons we did purchase was truly because we wanted them, partially because the way they were explained to us. All bad, early expectations I had going into the dealership were DEAD WRONG!!! This place was great! We were not pressured in any way! While we kept the salesman, Sales Manager, Finance man, and porters there almost an hour and a half after closing, they did not rush us! We are very satisfied with Currie Ford and gladly recommend them to anyone taking the time to read this!!!! More

Could Not Ask for a Better Experience My wife and I were in the market for a new car, so we did our research online. After spending hours searching on the internet and not really making i My wife and I were in the market for a new car, so we did our research online. After spending hours searching on the internet and not really making in progress, we decided to go to a local dealer to take a look in person. When we arrived at Currie Motors we were greeted by a friendly sales representative, Jack Vogel. My wife had purchased a car from Jack before he was fantastic to her. He started by asking us why we had stopped by and we did our best to explain. We were really uncertain on what we wanted and did not really know where to start looking. After patiently listening to us ramble on he suggested we walk around and check out some of the cars on the lot. At no point was he pushy or did we feel like he was rushing us. He let us take our time and work our way through the process at our on speed. He finally suggested taking a look at a 2014 Ford Escape. We checked it out and eventually took it out for a test drive. We fell in love with the car and knew that would be the type of car we would purchase. After sitting down and discussing some numbers, Jack made sure we were comfortable with the final numbers and we struck a deal. We were extremely pleased with the entire sales process. A Ford representative took us through the entire car and answered any questions we had. They also invited us back anytime that we needed a refresher on the Sync system or had any other questions. Since purchasing the car we have heard from Jack multiple times, just to check up on us and to make sure everything is still going great. All of my dealings with anyone at Currie Motors have been incredibly pleasant. I would recommend Currie Motors to anyone who is in the market to buy a vehicle. More

Great Deal on a Great Vehicle Currie Motors worked with me on getting the car I wanted, but more importantly at the price I wanted. They were all very professional and worked with Currie Motors worked with me on getting the car I wanted, but more importantly at the price I wanted. They were all very professional and worked with me on coming to an agreed price, which wasn't easy considering I had a trade in vehicle with close to 100k miles on it that still had a payoff amount.
