We returned later, worked again with Shadi, and went home with the Ford Fusion demonstrator model we had previously test driven. We felt they were fair and willing to work with us to meet our needs. Our salesman, Shadi, was very helpful and patient. I ask a lot of questions. :) He was willing to do all that he could to find a vehicle that matched our criteria without having features we did not want or need. They did not have the color vehicle we wanted on the lot but Shadi was able to find one for us quickly and had it delivered within a few days. Communication with Shadi was easy and responsive. We will definitely use this dealer again and will recommend it to friends and family. More

The add-on process for extended warranty and vehicle protection extras was not overly pushy (they used appropriate levels of encouragement and enticement for rust-proofing, etc.) and I didn't have to fight too hard to say "no". After 2 and a half hours without even getting numbers on the car we test drive we decided to go home, the numbers were over 80 dollars a month higher than our budget and over 90 dollars a month higher than a competitor offer. When walking out the door they offered 20 above our budget, then 10. It would not be the same car we wanted because it was a premium color. So we asked to see the new car they offered and we would think about it. The sales manager either Joe or Ali, was so incredibly rude To my wife on the way by the desk heading to see the new car, she returned the business card to the salesperson and we left.
