Battery replacement Everything went well. Have never touched the battery myself since purchasing the Explorer. Checked the battery and found the positive post was cor Everything went well. Attempted to clean it and found the positive post moved both sideways and vertically. Left it alone and took it to my dealer to have it inspected. Never experienced this in my life and they replaced it for a $50.00 copayment after some discussion. More

They told me it was because it was an older vehicle.i took it to a diff place the catalytic converter manifold and muffler done and I was told it was worked on and an existing problem o2 sensor and a hub.then guess what engine had warranty they told me I had to pay 685 dollars to prove there was no sledge in engine that I maintained my car. I did after they did that they wanted receipts itemized I only had partial not enough why did they say I had to take my engine apart if they needed receipts More

My gf went to buy a new car, ended up getting one too My girlfriend went to test drive a few cars and had the pleasure of working with Michael. She ended up getting the first car she test drove and absolutely loves it. Michael was amazing throughout the whole process. So much so we went back 2 weeks later to see him so I could test drive a car I had seen when we were originally there. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership, Michael, Jimmy in the finance department, and the manager Jeff, was great.
