Worst customer service experience of my life. I made a service appointment online, and only made the appointment in this fashion, because I could not get a hold of anyone on the phone. I received an email service appointment online, and only made the appointment in this fashion, because I could not get a hold of anyone on the phone. I received an email confirming the same day (Jan 4) for the day and time I had requested (Jan 10). I received no phone calls or any communication after that. I drove to the dealership to drop my truck off today, and drove into the service department 10 minutes before my scheduled time. No one greeted me, and 3 service writers were sitting at their desks on the phone. Eventually another service writer came from in back, and I told him that I had a service appointment at 3pm and asked him what do I do? He asked me what my name was and I told him, and he said there was no appointment in the system. I told him that I had received an email confirming my appointment. He said that to have an appointment somebody would have had to call me. The dealership’s internal problems should not be put upon the customer. My wife had to take time off of work, and follow me to the dealership with our 1 year old daughter, so just making this appointment took a lot of coordination, and to just be dismissed like so should never be tolerated in business ever. I will never go to this dealership again, and I will definitely tell my friends and clients my experience at this store. More

Brought into the dealer they tell me they hurd what the noise was then later the mechanic tells the supervisor he hurd no sound. They then said it was the heat Shield then still made noise after I left the lot. Brought it back said nothing is wrong. Terrible service terrible sales people especially Sergio do not recommend him as all he cares about is making a sale. Then the dealership tells me the exhaust pipe had a problem after my wife called better business b on them. I'll never step foot in there again do NOT go there unless you want a faulty vehicle. More
I like coming to currie motor they are friendly and Efficient . When I come in for my appointment manny always greets me with a smile he really take good care of me . Over all I like coming and talking to manny about my car he makes me feel happy and please when I leave the shop. He has good costumer service and he know how to talk and treat the customers. More
Chris Culver you are in the wrong position. Your customer service is horrendous. You need to be reassigned from Service Director to Director of All Currie Motor trash cans. There's a service bulletin from Chevy from 10 months earlier as well as multiple sites and blogs with lots of people talking about the issue and Chevy's responsibility to address it. I specifically took the car to a dealer for their intimate and complete knowledge of the car and any known issues, but this dealer either didn't have the experience or knowledge or worse, pretended not to know and took the money. Either way it's bad. Maybe they knowingly take the money make the quote high and you get to pick which way you want to get ripped-off. I chose to get away from these people as quickly as possible. When the car was still under warrantee, they seemed okay - But now, out-of-warrantee, I don't want to pay to educate them, or be wondering what they don't know.... do you?
