Did not fix or look into what I brought it in for. Brought fleet vehicle in for service, Oil Change and the radio and heat controls were not working properly. I dropped it off on a Thursday Morning, s Brought fleet vehicle in for service, Oil Change and the radio and heat controls were not working properly. I dropped it off on a Thursday Morning, said I needed it back by Monday ( I was on vacation) Turned out there were 5 recalls on the vehicle. I never received a call telling me the vehicle was ready until I called Monday Morning. The vehicle was done Thursday afternoon!!! I could have worked on the weekend. So I lost possible overtime at work due to poor communication. I showed Up Monday morning to pick it up, the service guy Mike Murphy saw me when I walked in, asked "Did they call you?". I said , no, I didn't know it was ready until I called this morning. He took me to the service area , where he had the paperwork and keys under his Kiosk. How is someone supposed to call me if the paperwork is shoved under a pile of other papers. He had me sign the two spots, then gave me the keys and told me it's in the back. I had to go get the Truck out of the rear lot myself. I got to the truck, got in, drove to the front of the lot, the radio cut out again. I stopped, went back in and asked if they looked at the radio and heat control issues. I was told By Mike, "you never told me about that" THATS THE REASON I BROUGHT IT IN!!!! I left, to go to a "Better" Chevy dealer, and I got about 2 miles away and the low oil light came on. Now, I'm sure that they never did an oil change either as there is no sticker on the windshield saying when the next service is due. Totally unprofessional, and ignorant that they did not know why I brought it in when they were told, Then they only fixed 2 1/2 of the recall problems as they needs to order parts for the remaining issues. I take my personal vehicle here also, well... Not anymore. More

Find another dealer if your car is under warranty I brought my car in for service while the car was still under warranty because it was misfiring. Currie did nothing to fix it - just changed the oil a I brought my car in for service while the car was still under warranty because it was misfiring. Currie did nothing to fix it - just changed the oil and air filter. I brought it in a few weeks later for the same issue - Currie again did nothing because they couldn't replicate the problem. A few weeks later my car fully broke down due to this issue. The Currie mechanic was finally able to fix it (only once the car became undriveable and the computer codes told them exactly what the problem was). By this time the warranty had expired, but under the terms of my warranty the repairs should have been covered because the problem had been recorded before the expiration. Currie would not honor my warranty, and instead charged me $400 for the repair. Good luck getting these guys to repair your car unless your car's computer can spell out what the problem is for them...and then be prepared for some shady dealings. My suggestion is to find a good mechanic, and if you have to take your car to a dealer because of the warranty then find another dealer who actually understands what the terms of the contract are and will honor it. The one star is for Otis - the guy who gave me rides to the El station every time I had to drop my car off (3 times) for the same issue. More
