Michael Sinacola was the first salesman to greet us outside on the lot! We were just talking casually and he took us inside and explained everything to us that we were interested in knowing! We left and didn’t come back until almost 2 weeks later! I test drove other cars met other salesman and decided Currie & Michael had our sale! This place seemed good from the beginning thinking I got a good solid deal on a 2020 chevy equinox they completely lied about everything. 3 weeks within having the new SUV started to make a rattling noise a a good solid deal on a 2020 chevy equinox they completely lied about everything. 3 weeks within having the new SUV started to make a rattling noise as you accelerated. Brought into the dealer they tell me they hurd what the noise was then later the mechanic tells the supervisor he hurd no sound. They then said it was the heat Shield then still made noise after I left the lot. Brought it back said nothing is wrong. Terrible service terrible sales people especially Sergio do not recommend him as all he cares about is making a sale. Then the dealership tells me the exhaust pipe had a problem after my wife called better business b on them. I'll never step foot in there again do NOT go there unless you want a faulty vehicle. More

The old bait and switch! Came up to buy a 2021 Silverado 2500HD from Michael Sinacola. Spoke with him the day before. Said I would be up. On my way I get a text he had a family emergency? So ask for Adilene 2500HD from Michael Sinacola. Spoke with him the day before. Said I would be up. On my way I get a text he had a family emergency? So ask for Adilene. I get there and neither are there. Then they tell me the truck is sold! BUT we have 3 others. I didn't want any of those. After telling the sales mangers what I thought of the dealership they just chuckled and could have cared less. Come to find out the truck was never sold they just didn't want to sell it for the listed price. They jacked the price back up about $6000! The whole thing was one big scam! I have contacted Chevrolet about the matter. More
