It was a pleasure going to Curran in Stratford. This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had buying a car. The first time I went to the dealership, I found the car I wanted and was ready to pay cash, but just because BARBARA was not working I couldn a car. The first time I went to the dealership, I found the car I wanted and was ready to pay cash, but just because BARBARA was not working I couldnt buy a car. That sounds ridiculous to me. I went to dealership 3 times and Barbara was giving still giving me a hard time. When we were finally on the last step Barbara told me, "You guys are driving me crazy!" I am not sure how I am the on paying for a car and Im driving Barbara crazy. This place lacked a lot of customer service and the owner should consider visiting his dealership to see how his employees are treating their customers. More
