I bought a 2010 Dodge Ram from them the salesman was Kevin fordham. He was kind of rude I paid a good amount for my truck which the head light didn’t work and one of the brake lights didn’t work and I a Kevin fordham. Which they should of done without charging me. I then had to rewire the headlight to get it to work. Upon further inspection when I got it home I noticed quite a bit of rust under the wheel well covers that is to the point of having to cut the bed and weld pieces in or replacing the bed and when I brought it to his attention when picking up my plates he informed me that they will not do anything about it and that as long as it runs good thats what matters. I don’t recommend them to anybody specially Kevin fordham he doesn’t care about the people buying cars at all More
UPDATE: Salesman is VERY RUDE, and unprofessional after an email I sent asking for a personal response and reading my review. Even called me names in an email. I have no idea how the dealership is because I can't get anyone to answer my email... That doesn't seem like the greatest service. I asked about a car on Cars.com, got an email one of their salesmen sent me, a (probably automated) response. I responded to that and no one has ever responded to my email. Perhaps that is because I refused to give my phone number in the form? I've received dozens of impersonal emails from them, but never a personal response to the personal response I sent back to them. This was the fastest, least stressful car purchase we have ever made. We did not feel pressured at any point. Our salesperson was upfront with any concerns and they were resolved quickly. Came in after driving in from Edmonds to Tacoma yesterday (it's an hour drive) to be told their Covid hours were modified but not updated on Google. So to see the car we were interested in we came back today (it's an hour drive) to be told their Covid hours were modified but not updated on Google. So to see the car we were interested in we came back today. The car we are looking at is a 2015 BMW 228i. It drives great but had a SIGNIFICANT issue (LEMON ALERT) the oil pan head gasket is leaking. Oil is in every nook and cranny and can lead to more issues. We asked to schedule it for a buyers inspection due to the leak but they will not hold it if another buyer (who may not be as lucky as me and know cars and engines). Totally dissapoint ed when NO MANAGER was available to discuss price or find some wiggle room knowing they are selling a potential lemon. Service was saved from 1 Star because it's not the sales reps fault and he was nice and made time even though he was working on another deal. You can make up your own mind on trust factor - would you buy a car from a dealer who knows of a major mechanical issue but would rather sell it to someone else so they make their money and not work on it??? FOR SHAME More

Never been to a dealership and was nervous about how it would go, but from the first contact to driving off the lot with my new car they were informative, patient, and quick.
