I got a new car! I went into this dealership because of an OfferUp ad. The car caught my eye and just them saying they work with bad credit made me want to check them I went into this dealership because of an OfferUp ad. The car caught my eye and just them saying they work with bad credit made me want to check them out. They do their very best to accommodate you. I worked with Keegan and he was just the friendliest non pushing dealer who made it a comfortable experience. After Keegan came Prescott (manager) and he was very nice as well. He made sure we got into the right car that we would love. Those two were there every step of the way making sure all went well. Once we got the car and numbers approved, I had to sign the final papers with Janet. I was nervous, I know I got the car, but just to have to sign all these forms just had me nervous. Janet, like the other two, was so friendly and helpful through the process. She made it easy for the nerves to calm down. The three of them helped make this buying experience a lovely one. Best dealership in Tacoma So I've been having some of the worst luck when it comes to cars, dealers and traffic on interstate 5. When I went to curbside motors (the 9th dealership I had been to) and talked to Cecil, he actually listened to me and tried to understand where I was coming from. He was able to find an affordable and reliable 2nd car for my wife, even though my credit had some hick-ups. They were so quick and easy to work with that when I got rear ended on interstate 5 I went straight there and same day was able to drive out in my new car. Cecil Bruce, Janet O'Hara and Prescott Suzuki were an excellent team and I would urge any one looking for a new car to talk to them! More
