Service Department The sales staff is great but when it comes time to get through to the service department you might as well go over there! I've tried on and off for 4 days (this is not the first time this has happened) to reach someone in the service department with no luck. Even though the voice message service associated with this department says they will call you back they don't. Am really disgusted with this type of service. I have since spoken to Brent,Service Mgr., and he advisedeven more help has been hired to correct these issues. I will be happy to re-rate them again once I've had my next experience but Brent is a great guy to work with and feel things will change to a more positive review More

I told her I was interested in talking to a salesperson about this and she introduced me to Fred Riddle. Fred professionally and courteously guided me through the process of trading in my car and leaving that day with a 2015 Prius. He made the process painless and stress free. He was patient and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very helpful in showing me how to use features of my new Prius and helped me get hooked up to bluetooth pandora and i-phone calls. More

Based on Kelly Blue Book values, I received great deals on both my trade in and used car price. They also filled the tank before I took possession of the vehicle.
