We recommend contacting the dealership where you purchased your car, as they may offer an extended warranty that could apply. Regarding our oil change recommendations and additional charges, our goal is to provide top-notch care for your vehicle. While we encourage regular service at our facility for optimal performance, we understand and respect our customers' preferences. We regret any misunderstanding or inconvenience caused. Regarding the diagnostic process, you're correct that we prefer to conduct our own assessment at our dealership. This ensures accurate information before proceeding with any repairs, similar to seeking a second opinion from a specialist. At other times when we have worked on them in the past, they were installed and serviced through our custom department. We have a limited selection of parts due to supplier availability changes, so our capacity to work on certain aftermarket parts has to be evaluated. In this case, unfortunately, we could not take care of them right away for you this time.
