Lexi was our sales person and she is knowledgeable and the most accommodating sales person I’ve known. She is the sweetest and most caring lady to be as young as she is. She knows her product and she wants to make her customers happy and proud they shopped at Cumberland Toyota. I’d never shop anywhere else. I love my new car and we saved almost $10K by driving from Franklin. Plus I love Cookeville! Awesome place and awesome people there. More
We have been to many Toyota dealerships and this is by far the absolute best! Christy Herd is the girl you want to take of you! Stopped at this dealership on a whim. We were welcomed by Lexi as we were looking at a Corolla cross. Process was pleasant and painless. Horrible place to do business. Told me I could not buy a new car for MSRP unless I financed with them. They give you the run actlng like they have the vehicles available but they Told me I could not buy a new car for MSRP unless I financed with them. They give you the run actlng like they have the vehicles available but they dont and have to locate them like other dealerships to try and steal business from other dealerships. You ask them for numbers out the door upfront but wont provide them and then ask you to pay a deposit upfront to secure a vehicle without even knowing the numbers or figures. When you call them out on it and tell them you arent interested in doing business with them anymore they continue to text you and make nasty comments so you block them only to have their general manager call you on his personal cell phone, to continue the insanity , you up only to get a text message calling your a keyboard warrior, and he texting you saying he dont appreciate you talking down to his sales staff, like your his child and he has to scald you for it. I dont understand the need for the call, I already said no business was going to be conducted and moved on, so why would he feel the need to call me from his personal cell phone to keep the insanity going. I have text messages and screen shots of all events. Contacting corporate Toyota as well. More

My saleswoman, Christy, was very helpful from start to finish. From placing a deposit on a new Tacoma, adding options I wanted, tracking its progress, to taking delivery.
