They were under staffed and over booked. Took approximately 45 minutes longer than what I was told. I had other appointments to get to. They put me behind and late to other appointments. Al More

Also noticed that two of my tire valve stem caps were missing. My guess is they failed to put them back on our they didn't tighten them. Stinks because i special ordered this to match my 40th Edition 4runner. I had to put old ones back on and reorder new ones. Not happy at all about that.
