I feel FRED RIDDLE really went above and beyond what most people may believe to be just good customer service. All questions were answered to my satisfaction, in a timely manner. Any sales team ANYWHERE could learn much from Fred! I also purchased an extended warranty for my new 2014 Toyota RAV4 XLE from a very knowledgeable and personable guy -- Adam Eldridge.
