Excellent and goes out of way to help!! I had the pleasure today of visiting Cumberland Kia and working with Dusty, Amy, and Adam. These three people went out of their way to help me find the vehicle I needed and were very nice from the beginning! Dusty was very informative in explaining the differences between vehicles that seemed very similar. Amy was very friendly, knowledgeable and I enjoyed working with her. She wasn't "pushy" like a lot of employees are at car dealerships. Adam was very good to work with on the finance end and very friendly too! I felt welcome from the moment I pulled in on the lot and felt like family when I left the lot. They even filled up the gas tank! Thank you for such a great experience! I would HIGHLY refer anyone to go visit this dealership and will be a repeat customer in the future! I LOVE my brand new vehicle!! More
