After 3 hours of waiting and no updates by SM as to progress, I asked for a status and I was finally told that the service tech blew up three computers trying to get the update installed and that I'd have to bring the vehicle back in three days (to give them time to acquire another computer). Next morning the batteries were completely dead "due to a setting the tech failed to return to default". Hunh.... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They're either incompetent, or don't care. More
