Well the service department is good and kind. Knowledgeable. However the salesperson Mark Shirk is dishonest. Upon purchase of my vehicle I worked out a spray in bed liner, tinted windows, and 3 Knowledgeable. However the salesperson Mark Shirk is dishonest. Upon purchase of my vehicle I worked out a spray in bed liner, tinted windows, and 3 oil changes. Upon requesting the oil change he completely ignored my requests, did not put them in the system- I would think someone buying a $50000 truck would get the honor of promises kept. And even though he supposed sent my truck for tinted windows they’re no darker than to begin with. More
