Randy Callis was quick to greet us upon our arrival at the lot, but was never anything approaching pushy. He was very helpful and friendly. We actually visited the lot and test drove several different Jeeps before deciding exactly what we wanted. He never pressured us during any of our visits and was always glad to answer questions. When the time came to make our purchase, the exact vehicle we wanted wasn't available locally. Randy found precisely what we wanted on another lot and arranged to have it delivered. He texted us with updates about the status of the vehicle during the process, which went very smoothly from start to finish. Randy and the rest of the Cumberland Chrysler team are great at what they do and are incredibly friendly while doing it.
