Great customer service My girlfriend and I traveled from Nashville to Gatlinburg yesterday morning and ran into transmission issues in my Dodge Ram about 15 miles just west My girlfriend and I traveled from Nashville to Gatlinburg yesterday morning and ran into transmission issues in my Dodge Ram about 15 miles just west of Cookeville. I decided to ease to Cumberland and see what they could do. I explained our situation and Mike M. in the service center got us in with high priority being travelers, and we were taken care of and back on the road in less than 2 hours. We were always offered to be taken back to the dealership if we ran into further trouble (within obvious reasonable distance) once we left. Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent experience. Definitely recommend Cumberland Chrysler to anyone traveling through or living in the Cookeville area. I absolutely felt like a person and not just a number with Cumberland Chrysler. Kudos to them! We sat for a very short amount of time and he comes out with papers, and has everything lined up and shows us the jeep we'd be driving off the lot. He was super friendly the whole time, made sure we knew everything about it. I have never had a good experience with car lots, but I will ALWAYS come back here to get my cars.
