The Ram dealership has always been outstanding in helping me over the last 8 yrs. however the customer service to include Mike in service who has a xxxx poor attitude toward customers. So was in process of b me over the last 8 yrs. however the customer service to include Mike in service who has a xxxx poor attitude toward customers. So was in process of buying a new truck from Ram ( a truck that was not on the lot but in process of being shipped since Sept 2020. Never committed to it and ended up buying from a Ford Dealership and even told the Ram sales guys to let sales manager now 4 days prior to receiving a call from said manager who also had a xxxx poor attitude when I told him I already bought a truck else where. Will still do business with the auto group itself but not with Ram ever again. More
