Amy was very professional and PATIENT with me. I was very frustrated when I arrived because I had already been dealing with another Mazda dealer for 2 years and they were unable to fix the problem with my ca frustrated when I arrived because I had already been dealing with another Mazda dealer for 2 years and they were unable to fix the problem with my car. Also, someohow my appointment was not recorded but Amy graciously accommodated me AND was even able to get me a loaner very quickly. Culver City Mazda FIXED the problem with my car after dealing with 2 years of regular visits to the other Mazda dealer. And they did it in a day!! I am beyond grateful and extremely satisfied with their service. Thank you!! More

Criminals! Seniors beware! These people will make you wait all day and charge you for things you did not ask to be done. Never discuss the cost of the repair or give you an option to say you can't affor wait all day and charge you for things you did not ask to be done. To top off their criminality they signed my name on a bill that I never knew what the cost was to be for the work they were to do. They forged my name on a bill of over a thousand dollars. They are wonderful. There was a slight problem with my appointment. Otherwise, they were fabulous. They even rushed my car out at the end when I had a work emergency. I make the earliest possible appointment so that I can get this done first thing and go on about my day. The idea that I might have to take a half day off work for such routine maintenance makes me question whether I should have this done at a dealership at all, even in light of my pre-purchased maintenance plan.
