If you don't lease from there, don't take your car there Culver City Mazda has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 20 years of driving and leasing cars. From their operators to their service manager, not a single person tried to help me solve my problem. Their service manager was rude which was surprising since I'm a new customer.
