I called in advance - made appointment. They took my car immediately and was returned as promised. Service Representative that took my request for service was Knowledged, efficient and to the point. Overall Pleasant Experience Roger Findley and Manny Reyes who helped me in the Service and Parts Departments, respectively, we're great! Recall Service I brought my mom's Mazda,Gx6 in for an airbag recall. The Culver City location was closest to my house. I had a Nisssan. They're dealership never offered that. I said sure. Went and had a good breakfast. Car was done within a few hours and washed. Happy Happy Happy. More

+First service This was my first service on my 2016 Mazada 3 and if went great, I made the appointment on line, had to change it with no problem. Brought the car in and it was done in 3 hours and returned washed and cleaner then when I brought it in. They even found my hidden emergency $5 but left it out so I would know it was still there. If you don't lease from there, don't take your car there Culver City Mazda has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 20 years of driving and leasing cars.
