I called in to report a battery issue and he had me drive in without an appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue. He asked if I'm fine with leaving my car with the dealer for a few hours as they were backed up with other jobs and of course I went along as I was grateful to have had a slot right away. Lance updated me throughout, joked appropriately, imparted vehicular wisdom and made the stay pleasant. The car rolled out with a new battery, wash, other touch ups and a regular maintenance inspection as expected. I was pleased. More

I am treated like a VIP, the staff is great- especially Lance, the donuts are delicious, and the service gets done in little more than an hour. I go across the street to have lunch and I am kept up to date via text or phone call on when my car will be ready. Couldn't ask for a better experience. More
