I met Rolly Ramos years ago when I needed the back glass replaced and ever since then when I am getting the car serviced or picking up a part he has always greeted me with a smile and the same attitude of how can we help. I must say that Sal Gonzalez is extremely fortunate to have these individuals working and representing Culver City Mazda & Volvo. They ROCK! More

They not only fixed it in a very timely manner, but told me that because they didn't need to replace any parts and it was a quick fix, they weren't going to charge me. They also threw in a free car wash! Needless to say, after this first experience, this is the only place I'll go for future service needs! Lance was super thorough and I was kept up to date on the timing through text notifications. They even paid for my Lyft to work after grabbing a coffee, water and a donut! However, L I was at first annoyed that I needed to service my brand new 2019 Mazda3 just 1 week after it was leased, for an airbag system malfunction. However, Lance was super helpful and friendly, being very transparent about doing the right and thorough procedure (even though it would 'probably be OK') to ensure my car was being taken care of in the safest way possible. I also SO appreciated how convenient the visit was - from providing Lyft's to/from my workplace, and also providing a loaner vehicle while waiting for auto parts to come from Japan. I had never had such a positive and accommodating experience at a dealership, and was so pleasantly surprised at the ease in which I was able to have my issues dealt with. Definitely happy with my first service appointment, despite the bad luck with my system malfunction. Glad I switched to Mazda! Also a quick shoutout to Richard for being so personal when assisting me with the sale! More
