Service center saved me a huge headache I had just purchased a Mazda with another dealership and two weeks into ownership, it had two major issues (which is outside the return window, mind y I had just purchased a Mazda with another dealership and two weeks into ownership, it had two major issues (which is outside the return window, mind you). One of which was very out of the ordinary for my particular vehicle. Steve and the service center made the whole process extremely easy and stress free. Steve communicated regularly, made sure my issue was covered under warranty, and ensured I was well taken care of. My car seems to be working perfectly now. I would highly recommend the Culver City Mazda service center to anyone. The free donuts and coffee every day certainly help with the process too :) More

Dropping off the SUV for service is like stopping by and visiting some old friends. I can't recommend Culver City Mazda enough. Plus the CX9 has exceeded expectations so much that what started out as the "Nanny" car has become everyone's favorite to drive.
