Great customer service From the moment I drove into the service department, I was well taken care of. My service agent was Amy and she was very thorough in her explanations From the moment I drove into the service department, I was well taken care of. My service agent was Amy and she was very thorough in her explanations of what they were going to do to service my vehicle. After walking around the car to note any surface scratches or dents, she took me to the reception area where the receptionist called for a Lyft to take me home. Amy called me when the service was finished and asked if it was a good time to have Lyft pick me up to bring me back to the service center. When I got back to the service center, Amy processed my invoice and walk me to a freshly washed car. I couldn't have asked for more. More

Obnoxiously Slow Service - 7 Hours for an Oil Change I brought my Mazda in for an oil change at my scheduled 10:20am appointment time. I was guaranteed to have my car back by 5pm at the absolute latest. I brought my Mazda in for an oil change at my scheduled 10:20am appointment time. I was guaranteed to have my car back by 5pm at the absolute latest. Which was fine on paper because no oil change should take seven hours. I was told I could pick up my car at 5:15pm. I arrived at the dealership and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. I finally drove off the lot at 5:30pm, over seven hours later. More
