Led headlight malfunction Just bought my 2019 Mazda cx5 signature two weeks ago and now I have a flashing light on my dashboard. Checked the manual and it advise me to contact the dealer and have it looked at. Took it and and received a call in the afternoon stating that it was my fault for plugging my wifi device from my mobile phone company into the obd connection, I've had the same device connected into my last cx5 and never had any issues! So after spending $$ they fixed it... When I came to pay the bill for something I felt had nothing to do with my device the entire severice department except 1 person even acknowledged me! Any other time they are hi how are you do you need anything? Nope not this time, I at this point feel they nnew they were shady about the situation! Just not a good experience for the first time in 3 years. Totally disappointed in the service department. More

Fantastic customer service I took my Mazda CX-5 into the service center for a tune up and was greeted with a big smile from Lawrence. They diagnosed the problems easily and reco I took my Mazda CX-5 into the service center for a tune up and was greeted with a big smile from Lawrence. They diagnosed the problems easily and recognized my pre-paid service. When the diagnosis of a nail in my front tire came in, Lawrence offered a $40 discount that I was very happy to hear about. I would highly recommend anyone with a Mazda to take their car to Culver City Mazda and I'm looking forward to my next tune up. More
