As soon as I drove up, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable person who welcomed and directed me to the appropriate line. I really appreciate that they understand how confusing it can be for first time customers. Shortly after, Steve explained the work needed to be done and how long it would take. He offered a Lyft ride home as part of their service, which I declined because I live close by. The text updates are great. When I came back a few hours later, Steve greeted me and remembered my name. Loved the complementary car wash! So glad I have a Mazda and live in Culver City! More

Though it took awhile to scheduled this appointment (online communication is not quite effective, service department never called me back after initial contact), I was able to schedule an appointment, drop off my car, conveniently take a Lyft arranged by Mazada, back and forth from my home to Mazda. After the original purpose of my visit was completed--recall, I asked about installing Apple Carplay. Amy was great, explained how it worked and was able to have it installed in my car the same day--I took another Lyft back and forth. Thanks Mazda, for a great experience. More
