For some reason I refused and explored the area which was also very nice. The dealership had water, donuts for breakfast, and comfy chairs. As soon as I drove up, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable person who welcomed and directed me to the appropriate line. I really appreciate that they understand how confusing it can be for first time customers. Shortly after, Steve explained the work needed to be done and how long it would take. He offered a Lyft ride home as part of their service, which I declined because I live close by. The text updates are great. When I came back a few hours later, Steve greeted me and remembered my name. Loved the complementary car wash! So glad I have a Mazda and live in Culver City! More
