Great Service I took my MX-5 in for my 15K and had a great experience. I live a block away from the Santa Monica Mazda Service Center, but have had only terrible ex I took my MX-5 in for my 15K and had a great experience. I live a block away from the Santa Monica Mazda Service Center, but have had only terrible experience there that I decided to try Culver City. I'm so glad I did. The extra drive was well worth it and I plan to return for all my service needs! Big thanks to Amy for a pleasant experience. More

Been better My service is usually excellent and no more than an hour. I guess Mondays (and Fri/Sat, fyi) arw their busy days and it took 3+ hours for a routine se My service is usually excellent and no more than an hour. When they finally said my car was ready it was dripping wet and i had to ask them to at least wipe the mirrors so I could see where I was go. Fingers crossed for next time. More

Perfectly adequate I was in for routine maintenance (oil change, etc) and Apple CarPlay interface was also installed. Everything was completed in two hours and with on-s I was in for routine maintenance (oil change, etc) and Apple CarPlay interface was also installed. Everything was completed in two hours and with on-site wifi I was able to work while I waited. Only drawback was that the car wash was down for maintenance and I really, really needed a wash. Vacuuming the interior would be a much appreciated add on service as well. More

Discouraged I will never go here again for service for my Mazda. They are liars. I got four or was it five different stories about what my Mazda CX5 needed. With I will never go here again for service for my Mazda. They are liars. I got four or was it five different stories about what my Mazda CX5 needed. With a total of $350 to change an altanator belt and dispose of a rat. The rat was fully intact but they said it knocked the belt off. The belt was on when I took it to the dealer. Then a tech admitted removing the belt. Then someone else said it was frayed but they couldn't produce the belt to show me the fraying after only one year on this brand new car. Really???? Bye Bye I removed a fully intact rat.....where were the blood and guts you needed to clean up? BTW and had the belt changed out for $60 That's called self-service More
